You are invited to discover an exhibition that commemorates the tenth anniversary of the end of the war and aims at showing the recent evolution of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
This itinerant exhibition will also be presented, after Sarajevo and Geneva, in Verdun (World Peace Centre, December 2005), and thereafter in Luxembourg and Germany, and again in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 2006.

Martin Linster: Sarajevo during the war (1994)
How was daily life in wartime ? A photo journalist, well known in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Martin LINSTER, has been following since 1992 the developments in ex-Yugoslavia via photographs and other publications documenting his travels in the region.The photographs here presented have been seen in Luxembourg and at Verdun in 1996.

Tim Battin: A village in Bosnia (2004)

A young Luxemburgish photographer, student in politics, Tim Battin is highly interested in Eastern european and balkanic countries, and particularly in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He gives here an updated insight into the country.

Foundation "Land of Friendship and Peace ": a Centre towards the Future
The Foundation as seen by its staff and volunteers. For over 9 years, the Foundation "Land of Friendship and Peace" (Sarajevo), in cooperation with the Association "Orphans of Bosnia" (Luxembourg), ha s been providing financial and educational help to young victims of the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. It has further been aiming at spreading a culture of mutual respect, by means of sport and recreational activities for children. Legally registered in Bosnia-Herzegovina since June 2002, the Foundation has its seat in the "European Centre of Therapy, Leisure and Memory" of Kakrinje - a 1.3 Mio euro development project - close to Sarajevo.
